Charming, expressive, juicy.
PTG stands for Passe-Tout-Grains, which refers to the classic Burgundian wine combining the region's two red varieties - Gamay and Pinot Noir - a blend made from vineyards on the Naramata Bench and Skaha Bluff.
It is scented with raspberry, blueberry, vanilla and rose petals, sweet spices and pepper. It is silky and fresh with loads of juicy and expressive berry flavours layered with blueberry tea, pepper and leather. Wonderful balance - another excellent vintage.
Pair: Charcuterie, salmon or creamy mushroom and herb tagliatelle.
